Allow the BACnet Connector to handle responses with an LVT that does not match the request

Currently the BACnet Connector expects devices to respond with the same "Length Value, and Type" (LVT) value as the request. When this occurs the BACnet Connector cannot parse the data in the response. For example:

  • Request from Connector, LVT=1

  • Response from BACnet Device, LVT=4


While well behaved BACnet devices should respond back with the same LVT as the request, the enhancement requested here is to include functionality for the BACnet Connector to handle responses with LVT values that dont match the requests as long as the property values are valid and correct.
