Make the PI Data Collection Manager more user friendly for setting up the connector and Relay

Customer from case 01234736 has mentioned that it can be confusing having the Connector Administration and PI Data Collection Manager have the options to modify and configure the PI Connectors 2.x. For example, when configuring the Data Source, you could add it from the Administration UI, but this causes conflicts and errors if not done from PI DCM. It would be best if either UI was more explicit with the needed steps and prevent this sort of errors.
