Upgrade HabConnect version to 12 for PI Connector for GE E-terra

"It is necessary to update the HABConnect version used by the Connector (PI-Connector-for-GE-e-terrahabitat-1.1.1.42).

Currently, the connector uses Habconnect version 10 from 2017, and the Habitat product already has the updated version 12.

We had to downgrade the version for the connector to function fully. The concern is that the HabConnect version 10 may not support fixes and improvements if necessary and we must to upgrade to the latest version."
