Allow Admins to choose what tags are needed from WiHart Connector

Currently the PI Connector for WiHart Gateway does not allow for choosing what data to collect - it just gets everything that is returned from the "canned" commands it executes against the gateways. It would be very beneficial to allow the PI Admins and or Business to choose from a list that is populated by the Connector what to keep and collect and what not to collect. This will help us as customers keep our tag counts under control rather than having the connector just build everything which would include data that is not needed or wanted to be stored in the PI Data Archive. This also would help maintain performance within the PI Data Archive and with PI Vision should the business want to trend multiple tags over a large timeframe.
