Refer to PI System Connector 3's "cache" as a buffer and not as a cache

Unless I am missing a lesser-known definition of "cache", the "cache" for the PI System Connector 3 is actually a buffer and not a cache.

A cache is a place to hold data for faster access.

A buffer is a place to hold data until it is processed.

The PI System Connector 3's "cache" has nothing to do with faster access and has everything to do with holding data until the connector can send the data to its destination, which would make it a buffer and not a cache.

This misnomer is present both in the program and its documentation. Please correct this.
