Bring back the Company field of user profiles, please!

As this forum mainly consists of professional users, it is vital that you are able to profile the company you work for - as part of your user profile. Please bring back the ability to display the company you work for - and please urge users to add this info to their profile! It is always nice to know who you are talking to - not necessarily in person, but the company name is important. As a partner I've picked up a lead or two by identifying products and solutions we sell in our part of the world, but most important - I've identified users from companies we already are heavily involved with, and was able to provide them with a full solution to their questions based on the question in the forums.
