Fix LiveLibrary Site

The LiveLibrary site https://livelibrary.osisoft.com/ often hangs with a spinning cursor and requires multiple refreshes to load a page. The browser used doesn't seem to matter. This is a longstanding problem. Please fix.

    This has been a problem for the whole time that I've used PI. I started using PI in June 2016. We still have the user guides to refer, but the Live Library is better for sharing a specific part of a program's documentation. This is especially useful in tech support cases and on PI Square. If I had to choose between user guides and a working Live Library, I would choose the working Live Library.
