Make the Home page load faster

The Home page takes ~20 seconds to fully load. The other pages in the Customer Portal load in good time.

    For me it is mainly the home page, a direct link to a case normally opens much faster.

    The portal refresh take over a 1 minute and sometime never refreshes.

    The same happens to me in Chrome (latest version) and IE, with or without deleting all history/cookies. It looks like the page loads quickly, but I need to wait approx. 1 min to see any data within the portal.

    Customer has to remove Feed Preferences and Panel Preferences in order to get home page to reliably load. Loading takes too long and there is no indication that anything is happening

    Update: OSIsoft removed the Articles and the Known Issues from the feed in order to speed up the loading of the Home page. The problem still remains that people need to choose between speed and having the Articles and Known Issues. Even with the Articles and Known Issues disabled, it still takes ~7 seconds for the page to load. Much faster, but still a bit slow.
