Drop support for weak cipher suites on customers.osisoft.com

This change will improve the security of the website and will improve the Protocol Support score of the website on the SSL Server Test.

    Only part of the suggestion is completed. Support for TLS 1.1 was dropped, but there is still support for weak cipher suites for TLS 1.2. Currently, the website supports only 2 strong cipher suites, so if OSIsoft thinks that this is not enough, they can always add support for more. This suggestion also applies to the Partner Portal. Hopefully, it is not too much extra effort to implement this suggestion for it as well. The Partner Portal is configured similarly: it supports only TLS 1.2 and supports some weak cipher suites.
