List PI Server Download under site

Clicking on a site lists all products, except for PI Server which is bizarrely the download icon for the site? This makes no sense and is possibly the most un-intuitive part of your generally un-intuitive customer portal I have had the reason explained by customer support, but even the reason doesn't make sense!

    Can you clarify this request? It sounds like you are clicking on Products, then selecting a Site, but you don't see the PI Server you expect to. Is it possible that the PI Server is part of another package such as a Developer Club license, or was sold as an "IT Monitor" package? If you can send me a screenshot and site number, that will help me understand the problem. Thanks!

    The unintuitive thing about this is that when you click on a server in a site, then there is an item called "Data Archive". If you want to download the installer for the PI Data Archive, you must however use the download icon on the server level and search for e.e the "PI Server 2018 SP2a Installation Kit"; this kit does not appear if you click on the Data Archive's download icon.

    Darragh, Clicking under a PI Developers club, we have Data Archive, clicking on the downloads for this provides the downloads for everything but the actual Data Archive! To download the Data Archive you have to click the download link of your relative subscription. This is totally confusing and back to front, why is the Data Archive download not listed under Data Archive?
