Remove the Managed PI page

On the page linked above, there are 3 links. 1 leads to an archived page and the other 2 are broken links. Managed PI is also deprecated and is no longer being sold, so there is no reason to have a page that advertises. Please remove this page and remove the "Managed PI" button from the other pages of the same format.
