We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Revise the EA Software page

Here is a list of what is wrong with https://www.osisoft.com/enterprise-agreement-software-services/:

"Tech Support Webpage" link needs to be replaced
"Datalink" should be "DataLink"
"Logger(" should be "Logger ("
"Batchview" should be "BatchView"
"Active View" should be "ActiveView"
"Alarm View" should be "AlarmView"
"Profile View" should be "ProfileView"
"Arc GIS" should be "ArcGIS"
Any mentions of programs that AVEVA no longer sells should be removed
"EA", "SRP", and "CoE" are never written out in full. There is also no link to provide more information on what SRP and CoE are. Links:

The PDF in "EA service packages can be accessed here" contains just a single table. This table would be better off on a web page instead.

Thanks so much for the feedback! We're currently in the middle of completely revamping osisoft.com so some exciting things to look forward to around the end of the year. Your feedback will be incorporated in the new design. Thanks again for your support!
