Combine the duplicated example in PI Square's Terms Of Use

In PI Square's Terms Of Use, under "13. Communication Services", there is an example that says:

  • Use, download or otherwise copy, or make available (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity: any directory of users of the Services or other user or usage information or any portion thereof;

However, later on, there is a nearly identical example where the only difference is that "make available" is replaced with "provide".
