Allow executables to be unzipped programatically

We (and I'm sure others) are starting to have our PI Systems created automatically via pipelines like Azure DevOps. Right now to get our automations to be able to install most software, we have to manually unzip and and load the unzipped files onto a share that can then be installed. I have not found a way to be able to programmatically unzip the installation exe's. It would be great if this were possible so we could remove one more touch point.
