Software download window needs redesigned

The window to download software does not work well. I struggle to even reach the check box for license agreement and the button to start the download. I don't know if it scaling or what, but it was almost unusable.

    I have struggled too. I tried to get the check box to appear in multiple browsers (Chrome, IE and Edge) but the problem persisted. To get it to work in IE, I had to adjust the zoom on the calling page and the download window multiple times before the check box would appear. It added another 20 minutes to the download of an interface and was frankly, embarrassing.

    I have the same issue. I think that OSIsoft has tested their website on large monitors only and not laptop screens. Downloading PI API 2018 is especially bad, since there is a lot of text before the license agreement. I can't see the "I Agree" check box or the "Download" button.

    In Microsoft Edge, clicking the Tab key on your keyboard 3 or 4 times make the "I agree" checkbox and the "Download" button fully visible. Tested on a laptop with the browser window maximized.
