Be able to unfollow inactive users

Currently, you cannot unfollow any users, active or inactive, from the page that shows you all of your followers, which is accessible by going to your profile and clicking on "View All" under "Following". The dropdown arrow by each followed user brings up a menu that says "No actions available". Since we cannot unfollow users this way, the only other option is to hover over the "✓ Following" on the followed user's profile, which turns it into "× Unfollow", which, when clicked, will let you unfollow that user. However, the "✓ Following" indicator does not appear for inactive users (see the attached screenshots), meaning that you are stuck following inactive users. In my case, I am stuck following Stephen Kwan's profile from when he worked at OSIsoft (https://pisquare.osisoft.com/s/profile/0051I000002FgwhQAC). I don't necessarily want to unfollow that profile, but I do feel that the option to unfollow should be available. Please allow us to unfollow inactive users on PI Square.

To tell if a user is inactive or not, hover over their user name on any of their posts. If the user is inactive, it will say "(Inactive User)" after their user name. If the user is active, no such text will appear.
