Create an Agent or expose KB articles to Copilot studio/ChatGPT

I would like the KB articles on the AVEVA PI System support channel to be accessible externally or via an approved API/security for your customers. It is a valuable knowledge base and would solve 80% of the issues that we may encounter. It may also make it easier for us to find a solution quicker.

It would be great that this resource would allow our internal Copilot studio to connect to this resource as a knowledge base.
