Case backup contacts in CC to 1st reply + adding case backup contacts after case creation

Hello,

in the case-management portal we would like:

  1. to be able to select a case backup contact even after a case is created

  2. to be able to select multiple case backup contacts

  3. the backup contact to receive case replies in cc by default; it often happens that the tech support replies to the admin who opened the case and the backup contact does not see the first reply as only the person who opened the case sees the reply and has to reply by adding in CC the case backup contact. This is not very functional as, if the case-opening admin is not present, nobody gets notified of the reply

  • Attach files
