Searching KBs and Known issues resolution using AI

Searching the customer portal for Known issues and\or Knowledgebase articles for resolution paths can be a tedious task.

Using an AI Agent and providing it access to the AVEVA PI System knowledgebase, case attachments and files, product related guides, etc... could help customers in finding solutions to problems faster and easier. This could shorten the path from a problem description to a problem resolution dramatically when a user will be able to simply write a prompt and search for a resolution to some product issue.
