Better experience with editing links

Currently, it is easy to insert a link to the text of a question, blog post, etc., but it is trickier to view or edit the link afterwards. If you highlight the link text and click on the Link button, the link will be removed. If you instead hover over the link, the cursor will change to a hand, but there is no tooltip. Clicking on the link once does nothing. Double-clicking on the link allows you to edit the link. This is all very unintuitive. Please show the link in a tooltip when a link is hovered over. Add some dropdown options to the link button: Add/Edit Link and Remove Link. State somewhere that links can be double-clicked to edit them. OSIsoft doesn't need to do these exactly, but the experience of editing links does need to be made easier and more intuitive.
