On the home page, make the search suggestions dynamic and/or partially based on past searches

On the home page of PI Square, regardless of which device I use, or whether or not I am logged in, or whether or not I am connected to a VPN, I always get the same suggestions. See the attached picture. Please fix the search bar on PI Square's home page. It should behave more like the search bar on the page that appears after performing a search in the sense that its suggestions seem to be personalized. When I am logged out, I get the same suggestions in the search page search bar on different devices with different public IP addresses, but when I am logged in, the suggestions are different than when I am logged out. I get the same suggestions when I am logged in on different devices. I also find it concerning to see a person's name appear as one of the static suggestions in the home page search bar. I have no reason to look up Victor Wolf. Maybe someone at OSIsoft wanted to test out searching for people and their search history somehow got released to production. At least Victor Wolf is an OSIsoft employee, so this situation is not as creepy as it could have been.

I wonder if the "plotvalues not supported" suggestion is related to this fairly recent question, which involves only 2 OSIsoft employees: https://pisquare.osisoft.com/s/feed/0D58W00006KQWKOSA5
