Remove customers' ability to "freeze" accounts

When I visit the profiles of other customers, there is a "Freeze" button that, when clicked, asks me "Are you sure? Freezing users prevents them from making updates to any community, not just this one.". I'm not going to try to test if I actually have the power to freeze accounts. I shouldn't even see this button. Please remove this button for customers and any OSIsoft employee that shouldn't have this power. I'm guessing that this is a remnant of OSIsoft using my account during testing. This is why you should use test accounts and your own accounts.

    Hopefully, both the button and the ability to freeze accounts were removed. If only the button is removed, then, for all I know, somebody clever could write code to freeze people's accounts without using the button.
