Restore who replied to who for the comments of migrated blog posts

In both the old and new PI Squares, you can reply to comments. However, when the blog posts were migrated to the new PI Square, all comments become comments of the blog post directly, even if they were replies to other comments, which makes them difficult to read because we've lost the context of what each comment is in response to. Please restore the "hierarchy" of comments so that the comments still make sense.

On https://pisquare.osisoft.com/s/article/000032777, it says "Also, migrated conversations or comments on a blog are not "nested" under a blog. They appear in a flat non-hierarchical way. This is a limitation of the platform.". Maybe it's a limitation of the migration, but not of the platform. You can so make comments on comments of blog posts.
