Centralize the recognition of outstanding contributors to the PI community

There are posts on PI Square such as the Security Hall Of Thanks and the All-Star announcement posts that recognize outstanding contributors to the PI community. However, these posts are scattered and older posts are difficult to find. Also, there were some years where All-Stars were announced at a live event but there is no corresponding PI Square post. Please consider centralizing the recognition of outstanding contributors to the PI community. The recognition does not necessarily need to all be on a single web page, as long as there is some central web page that allows you to easily reach any type of recognition. This web page does not have to be on PI Square but it should appear on one of AVEVA's websites.

Security Hall Of Thanks: https://pisquare.osisoft.com/groups/security/blog/2019/03/22/hall-of-thanks Now that the tags have become topics and there are few topics, maybe a topic can be dedicated to recognition. The centralized location is especially important for All-Stars and Rising Stars since it allows them to prove on a résumé that they indeed earned the title.
