Support User Information in Connection History Tool

(pidiag -connectionhistory) Support the collection and retrieval of PI / Windows user information by the connection history database.   Currently, the connection history database only stores IP addresses which can be misleading when multiple multiple users work from the same computer.

      Trying to send an email to only the power users. If you could provide a way to pull the user's and their count as to how often they have logged into the PI Vision server over a set time, it would be helpful. The current report is not providing enough information. Also, this would provide PI Admins the ability to use the list of users for Information Risk Management User reviews.

      Cyber security requires annual review of users and to remove inactive users. This would benefit that or similar activities.

      It would help to have the PCname, Windows userid, (and version of the connecting app!) in tracing down older systems to get them upgraded. IP address is safe, I understand there may be problems with EU countries, but an option to enable "extended tracing" would be great for managing system upgrades for fleet-wide software.
