Optional Link between underlying PI tag and AF attribute to use for description, UOM, etc

An optional link to connect an AF attribute with the underlying PI tag. This would allow the user to pull in the PI tag description and engineering units in the AF attribute description and UOM. When the underlying PI tag is updated the changes are automatically captured in AF.

    Unfortunately there are some complexities associated with this. The PI Point EngUnit is a free form text and there is no guarantee that there would be an AF equivalent. The AF Server never talks to the Data Archive but rather the AF SDK does the communication client side. Currently you can update these attributes in PI System Explorer manually via "Create or Update Data Reference". We do not have any plans to provide an automated mechanism for this update.
