Move Auditviewer function away from local PI System access

I want to run the Auditviewer function as a unprivileged remote user, moving away from the current requirement to run as a local user on the PI Data Archive Server.  This is so I can minimize security risk associated with local user access on a Windows server.

    The requirement that a PI Admin is currently the only person that is able to log into a PI server and extract the audit log is a major problem for some customers since in essence that is the person who's activities are primarily being audited.  There is a potential for corruption/adulteration of the extracted data in this workflow
