Allow to link the AF UOM database to the PI Data Archive UOM Database

It is currently complex to mainbtain a link betwwen the ARF and Pi Data Archive UOM Databases

    Currently the Data Archive does not communicate directly with the AF Server. In addition, as stated earlier, the Data Archive EngUnit is a free form text field and there is no guarantee that it is possible to sync between the two systems. At this time, there is no plan to implement this idea.

    In the case of the PI Data Archive UOM, it's a free form text field, which is unlike the AF default UOM database. Can you better describe what you mean by "maintain link"? What behavior do you want to see? An example use case would be beneficial.
