Ignore errors during server library import

As a PI AF administrator or power user, I would like to be allowed to continue loading content from a server library into a database, even if a UOM conflict is detected. Upon finding a UOM conflict, the library import feature does not allow me to ignore the error and continue loading the content (screenshot1.png), in contrast with the file import feature (screenshot2.png). Tech Support case #00957957 concluded that this was not a bug.

The behavior of "Loading" a server library should be the same as the "File Import". At full scale with several AF servers, many users will have privileges to create UoMs. PI AF needs to be more robust and tolerant of UoM clashes. Could we provide more interaction with the user doing the "Library load" to resolve each clash right then. Also, give the user all viable options to resolve a clash. Something like giving them the choice on each clash...Ignore, Replace, Abort?
