Templated attributes would be useful

Sometimes, a complete element template isn't what we need, but a pattern of use for an AF Attribute is needed for close-grain application of properties, for instance, an attribute that does specific work with an an AF Table lookup and an associated AF Calculation or AF Analytic. There can be multiple steps to accomplishing an outcome, but you may or may not want to do the same thing at an element level.

This might be a duplicate of this: https://feedback.osisoft.com/forums/555148-pi-server/suggestions/17219801-provide-the-ability-to-have-attribute-template-tha When I first heard of the term "attribute template", I thought that it meant a standalone template for attributes, not an attribute of an element template.
