Restrict the assignment of UOMs to numeric attributes

UOMs, and unit conversion especially, do not make sense on data types such as enumeration set, string, datetime, Boolean, and object. Therefore, attributes of such data types should not be allowed to have a UOM assigned to them. This helps to prevent silly configuration errors.

The UI specifically allows this so that the order a user enters information for an attribute is not pre-determined. In fact, the UOM selection occurs before the Type field in the Attribute Template dialog. Selecting a UOM will change the type from enumeration set.
