Add Julian year and Gregorian year as UOMs

These would make more sense than the current "year" unit, which is defined as 365 days, which is correct only ~¾ of the time.

    The UOM library was never meant to be comprehensive covering all use cases. Users are free to add UOM based on their needs.

    Well, if you dive in, we should consider to remove the year altogether. The duration of a year depends on the year and calendar and timezone. So i think we should either stick with the current very simplified year of 365 days, or remove the year altogehter to not give any false hopes that the UOM conversion is correct.
