Allow access to Attribute Timestamp without using Analysis

It would be very helpfull if we could access not only attribute values but also their timestamp in formulas, string builder, etc.. For example, this would help calculate staleness of a value, or it could be used to set a PI Point Attribute to show the maximum, minimum or average since last event of a tag.

Can you help me understand why you don't want to use analyses to do this?

In response to Stephen Kwan, "Can you help me understand why you don't..." Because we need to use a new PI Point if we want to have access to the history of the result, and I don't think it should be necessary to depend on a background service to be watching if there's a new event, just to perform a simple substraction (to get staleness for example), all of this considering you already have the timestamp, it's just not exposed. Basically, I'm not a big fun of adding new tags for simple calculations (more license, more storage, more network use, less maintenance having to do Backfills, less relibility).
