Automatically set an attribute's Value Type based on the PI Point point type

If an attribute uses a PI Point data reference, automatically set the attribute's Value Type based on the PI Point's point type.

    As noted previously, for non-templated PI Point DR attributes, PI System Explorer automatically sets the attribute value type to the same as the underlying PI Point. We do not have any plans to extend this functionality to PI Point DR attributes defined by templates.

    This is more of an issue when going from the element template level to the element level.
