Add read perrmission to the Event Frame Template

It would be great to add read permission to the security table of EF Template. Now you can't deny read access to one specific EF Template. You can only deny access to all templates and to generated EFs, but not to specific template. This can be an issue in DataLink for example. Here you don't want to list all EF Templates, but only EF Templates which should be accessible for specific user.

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback on the PI Server. After further evaluation, we have decided to decline this item, as we are not planning on implementing it in the near future due to other high priority items across the PI System. Thank you for your feedback, and know that we are listening and reviewing every item that gets submitted!

It will not be possible to dis-allow read permission on templates. However, by default, Event Frames get their read permission from the ReadData permission of the template. Would it be adequate to remove the templates for which the user does not have ReadData permision from the search list in Datalink (and PSE, Coresight, etc?).
