Eliminate the menu bar in PI System Management Tools

The menu bar in PI System Management Tools has almost nothing in it. It would be cleaner if it were eliminated. File: Add Server can be moved to a button in the title bar of the Servers pane. Save Session Log can be moved to a floppy disk icon in the title bar of the Session Record pane. The Exit functionality is covered by the X in the top right corner of the window. View: Instead of being able to toggle the visibility of Servers, Plug-Ins, and Session Record, make these panes collapsible through a button on their title bars. The ability to toggle the visibility of plug-ins can be moved to a button on the title bar of the System Management Tools pane. Tools: Nothing in here is essential to or specific to PI System Management Tools, and so it can be eliminated. The items in Help and the time format in View can be moved to their own buttons in a toolbar above the Servers pane that spans only the width of the Servers pane. These changes should free up the vertical room that is taken by the menu bar spanning the whole width of the window, and it will take fewer clicks to access the menu bar items. This suggestion also reveals that the names of the panes are not consistent with the names of their corresponding menu bar items.
