PI Message Logs should be forwardable

Some networks with PI interfaces are not accessible to the PI Server management team, it would be very helpful if the PI Message Subsystem could forward copies of PI Messages to an associated PI server, so that we could look at the interface messases along with the PI server messages, to debug things like OPC errors or other errors that prevent the interfaces from collecting data.

    Thank you very much for sharing your feedback on the PI Server. After further evaluation, we have decided to decline this item, as we are not planning on implementing it in the near future due to other high priority items across the PI System.
