It would be great to have the ability to hide the Event Frame End Time in the Notification Email When a Notification Triggers

It would be great to have the ability to hide the Event Frame End Time in the Notification Email when the notification first triggers. At this time, and End Time of 12/31/9999 11:59:59 PM Central Standard Time (GMT-06:00:00) is displayed even though an event is not closed. Note: in this case notifications have been set up to send at Event Start and End Time.

I would take this a step further. For all fields that are not valid at the start of an Event Frame - they show nothing. - End Time - stats calculated over the term of an event frame - Min, max, average, total, etc...

Agreed! We have the same problem with our notifications and until resolved the only other solution we had was just to show notification send time instead which only timestamps when an event has triggered or closed. The option to select a different message format for the End condition would be nice.

We would also like to have the above feature and as mentioned by other users it would be good if only attributes which have a valid value at event frame start is sent in the open notification and attributes whose values are calculated at close be sent only at close notification like duration etc
