Ability to filter analysis by backfilling status

It's sometimes very important to wait the end of a backfilling operation before ask for another backfilling operation. That's why, it should be convenient to filter the analysis list to point out the analysis still in progress.

    PI System Explorer does not automatically refresh, therefore if there was a filtering option for analysis backfill status, it would require the user to manually refresh to get updates. This makes it very inconvenient and may be deceiving. If your goal is to sequence backfills to support dependency, the current version does that automatically if: 1) you bulk backfill them together, 2) output of 1 analysis is configured as input to the other analysis. This is now we know they are dependent on each other.
