Allow output expressions when using implicit Event Frame generation modes

In AF/Analytics 2018, implicit modes of Event Frame generation were introduced (Pulse, Step, and Step Continuous), but they do not allow for an output expression like the explicit trigger. Adding this functionality would allow for EF attribute values to be written directly to PI tags when using any implicit mode.

    I faced up short days ago with this exact problem, I had a Step mode EF generation analysis and wanted to output the start time. I don't know if it's something easy or not to implement, but I think that it would be done so.

    Outputs at close is very powerful and flexible. If you want e.g. a new event frame started every time a value of an input tag changes (and closed again when it changes again), generation mode step continuous is what you need. Unfortunately, outputs at close is not available for that generation mode (and also not available for all others beside explicit trigger).
