Display AF Database ID in Database Properties

The IDs of databases on the PI Asset Framework Server is only visible using the PI Web API, AF SDK or by making an attribute using a substitution parameter. It'd be far simpler to just have it displayed in Database properties like how the AF Server ID is displayed on the Server properties.

I'm using 3rd party applications that reference the database ID to create their equivalent in the application. The Name doesn't help here since the database name can be changed but the ID stays the same so the ID is referenced by the application
