Move AF Elements with PI Web API

Create an additional action under the elements controller that can move an element from one parent to another while removing the child element from the original parent element's hierarchy.

    Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this feature is not a priority at time, so I am setting the status to declined.

    Right now in PI System Explorer we can add and remove references from objects and we can also do that in Web API, but in Web API we can only add/remove week references while in PI System Explorer you add week but you can remove week and strong references. When you remove the strong reference the week reference that is present becomes the strong reference enabling the moving of the element.
