Trim spaces around username in PI Web API Admin Utility

If the user name is entered in the PI Web API Admin Utility with a trailing space, the credential test will fail. Since Microsoft Windows does not allow leading/trailing spaces in user names, the PI Web API Admin Utility should automatically trim any spaces around the user name.
