Expose methods to retrieve messages from the PI Message log to PI AF SDK

Add methods to retrieve messages from the local and remote PI Message Logs where remote can refer a PI Data Archive node or any remote PINS. Because the EventLog Class in .NET Framework provides access to local and remote Event Logs, offering the AF (Server) Event Log through PI AF SDK is not necesarry.

We have reviewed this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement at this time. Even though we are declining this idea for now, it is still open to comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

This need to be a complete solution - i.e. both read and write access to the message logs, just as the PI-SDK allows now.

I don't think we can truly retire PISDK until AFSDK supports similar PISDK methods for accessing the PI Message Logs.

Not only retrive: also write so that custom PI application could be fully integrated also for logging
