Programmatically Recycle PI BA Views

There is a known bug in PI Integrator for Business Analytics (see case 00852589 if you work for OSI) that causes views to hang at 99% published. The quickest way to resolve it is to stop and start the view - but there is no indication that it is stopped unless the data sync admin tells you they stopped getting data. Can there be a way to programmatically (via BA API?) to recycle the view?
