Support multiple PI to OCS Transfers with one agent, from a single Data Archive

As a System Administrator in charge of deploying software at my organization, I would like PI to OCS to support multiple transfers from a single Data Archive, with a single agent so my Data Owners can manage the transfer of data without impacting other Data Owners in my organization. This will also provide more granular control for smaller data transfers, instead of one single data transfer that could encompass 100,000's to 1 million PI Points.

    We have over 100k tags looking to put a large amount of them into OCS and share this concern. It is proving difficult to manage the list of tags when all we can see is just a column of tag names. In the event that we need to remove/edit certain tags based on equipment, sites or categories, the task may prove overly tedious. Even if there can only be 1 transfer per agent, some methods that will help with tag list organization or grouping within that transfer would be very helpful.
