Configure PI to CONNECT Transfer Configuration via CSV or other file import

In addition to building the transfer list via searching a data archive, it would also be good to allow the user to reference a file (e.g. CSV) that has a list of points to transfer.

    Allowing for bulk import of PI tags and AF assets to a PI to CONNECT transfer would save time and allow users to check their import against spreadsheets populated with PI Builder. It would also allow for easier deletion and re-creation of streams by removing and adding the items from the data transfer, allowing for an easy way to reset a stream to default permissions.

    Please add this import option by csv,

    We are currently wasting time on manual searches ....

    This would be very useful. We are currently having to do a lot of fiddly work to get the Stream correct. being able to assemble the list externally and upload it, would be very useful.
