Replace "https://techsupport.osisoft.com" in PI DataLink's About window

The link redirects to myOSIsoft. The link should be revised so that it does not redirect and possibly so that it leads to a different page instead. Either that or the link can be eliminated entirely.

    Hi Victor,

    My main thing is to display the link of the final page that the customer will be taken to, and to avoid the reliance on redirects, which should make it slightly faster to load the final page. Also, contrary to what you said, the link does not lead to the Customer Portal. It leads to myOSIsoft, which is 1 click away from the Customer Portal. Maybe it would be more appropriate to take users to the Customer Portal, but I don't know how that would affect OSIsoft's partners.

    Hi Kenneth, could you tell me why the link should be revised or removed? Currently, it takes users to the customer portal where they can create support tickets.
