Datalink tab opens when click on cell

When users click on any cell, it opens the tab on the right hand side and causes confusion. Setting it to manual opening will be easier to work with Excel page, have more space, and avoid confusion.

    Thanks Victor. I tried it on my machine and it worked. Should I delete this improvement request?

    Hi Gilbert, thank you for your feedback. The functionality you are looking for is already available. You may access it by opening Settings from the DataLink ribbon. There is an option to disable automatic task pane display on click. Once you tick the checkbox, the task pane will no longer open automatically upon click. Please let us know if this helps.
