PI DataLink installation: Do not require permission changes on registry keys

The registry key permission changes in this KB https://customers.osisoft.com/s/knowledgearticle?knowledgeArticleUrl=DataLinkregistryediterror-PISDKAccessDenied should be applied by the PI DataLink installer. It is not normal that software needs manual/scripted registry modifications after installation.

We deploy PI DataLink via Intune so it installs automatically.

We have this issue with multiple users.

To solve we have to make changes to the registry which shouldn't be considered normal to do.

We also deploy PI SDK as it apparently is able to add the PI server in cases where the registry modifications don't do the trick. PI SDK enables our users to try fixing as PI SDK doesn't require admin permissions.

And even then some of them keep failing and only reinstalling PI DataLink manually solves the issue.

@Guest Thank you for your feedback. To make sure I understand the issue correctly, is the user that reported the issue the same one that installed PI DataLink?

Similar to https://pisystem.feedback.aveva.com/ideas/PIDL-I-111 but that one handles upon regkey changes after updating O365.
